Agile Recruitment Pty Ltd ABN 81646080435 (“Agile Recruitment”) is committed to ensuring all our dealings in regard to personal information are in adherence with the Australian Privacy Policy Act 1988.

Agile Recruitment has received personal information from or about you through (and not limited to) an online application, email, phone registration or general registration.

We collect information such as (and not limited to) your name, contact number, qualifications, employment history and references. 

Agile Recruitment uses personal information with the purpose to introduce candidates to clients with the aim to organise interviews.  We also follow up on reference checks and other screening services to assess suitability, experience and qualifications for Agile Recruitment’s clients. 

We may disclose personal information for the purpose for which it was collected.  We will always gain your verbal or written consent, to send your personal details to a particular client. Other sensitive information including criminal record, disability and union or professional membership can also only be disclosed with your consent (as listed in the Australian Privacy Act 1988).

Access to your information can be formerly requested by contacting our Privacy Officer – you may be required to complete a written application to verify your identity.  A moderate charge is applicable for access to this information.  We can remove your information from our systems on written request.
